Relationship Between Customer Needs, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Loyalty: The Sample of Gemport

چکیده

Çalışmanın temel amacı müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi ile sadakati ve ihtiyaçları arasındaki belirlemektir. Literatür taraması sonucunda ulaşılan hipotezlerin test edilebilmesi için; lojistik sektöründe faaliyette bulunan bir liman işletmesi müşterilerine kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle anket uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Analiz yönetiminin sadakatini kısmen etkilediği tespit Ayrıca boyutlarından; değer, memnuniyet, bilişim teknolojileri, sadakat programları şikâyet değişkenlerinin gereksinimlerinin kaynak, süreç, çıktı, yönetim sosyal sorumluluk alt boyutlarının ilişkisi incelenmiştir. İrdelenen ilişkiler sonucunda, teknolojileri kaynak boyutunun anlamlı ilişkisinin olduğu Müşteri gereksinimleri arasında ilişki görülmüştür.
